I have years of Diverse Experience in prepping food, running dishes through Hobarts and Autochlors, and cleaning everything else for various facets of the Food service industry. My experiences include greasy spoons, Emergency food Distribution points for Hurricane Katrina Relief, and Moderately upscale Pasta & Pizza Restaurants. Most recently I ‘ve had an ongoing enrolment in the 55John YMCA Hospitality training and certification Program.
I've included a few Non food Experience in this copy of my resume, touching on my other work I do in Art, Mechanical, welding, Tech, Fabrication, Activism and Community Service.
