termite code inspection
RENOVATIONS TO 1825-27 TERMITE ST. 70119
this is a semi BORING remix of a bunch of termite newsletters of me trying to write a letter to the code inspector to get my house out of code inspection limbo. once i beat this my house will still be condemned and unfit for habitation, but it wont get repossessed. every buddy at the office says im fine but im not really fine until head code inspector norris says im fine. ive been bothering him for weeks and havent heard back yet. this document is getting emailed to him tonight.
TO: nebutler@cityofno.com ATTN: NORRIS BUTLER
This letter is to show you the renovations in progress at 1825-27 TERMITE. My name is Lillian Bloodghert and I have been residing at 1825-27 termite. since November 2, 2005.
I have spoken in the last 2 weeks with the reception at the city attorneys office, and with code inspector Kirkland Rush while he made rounds in my neighborhood. both your offices reception and inspector rush have told me that my property meets all the necessary requirements of your program. 1825-27 TERMITE is gutted, cleaned out, secured, the property is clear of garbage, windows and doors close and locked. we just received our building permit on may 10th and have begun an intensive overhaul to the structure and external facade of the property.
This year, March 5th, I began the process to acquire property from C. Vintur, the former, deceased owner. I have notices of possession filed at the notarial archive dated March 7th and May 20th and am working with my lawyers and the Vintur family to transfer title of the property.
In my conversations with your offices reception, I learned that my house has a hearing on June 6th. The reception informed me that this hearing could be wavered pending your examination of my documentation of my renovations. Attached are Photos and descriptions of the work. I will be in town overseeing work on the house until may 25th, at which point i will be going to Illinois to work on a boat for 2 months. I am very eager to get past the hearing requirement so that I don't loose more work than i have to. I Would greatly appreciate it if you could contact me this week regarding my house's status. I am sure you are very busy and I think the work I have documented should allow you drop me off your case load.
Please contact me to discuss dropping my hearing or any other requirements for my case.

we are in the middle of painting the house

I ASKED YOUR OFFICE IF windows that were broken but boarded up from the inside were permissable. they said "yes, thats fine." but regardless theese should be fixed by the coming weekend.

here on the back west side of the house alot of wall was damaged by the flood and age. we are in the process of rebuilding this portion of the exterior wall in 1/2" press board to be covered in tarpaper and then the origional wooden slats are to be replaced.

the back yard is free of garbage and grows only cats claw and miners lettuce. fema cut down my trees and leveled my yard with a bobcat in february.
