dont have any information about this building, stummbled upon it during a drunken bike ride, cant remember where it was. the color and the weird architectural flourishes are freakin gorgeous. bumped in to a tweaker scrapping copper on my way out and scarred the hell out of him stummbling arround drunk in a rotten purple dress waving a dead owl arround.
